Yep that's how the CIA determines if it's UBL on the tape. They sit around listening to the tape to see if it sounds like him....NOT!

They are comparing voice prints. That's a digital examination of the sound of the voice. Your voice print and your brother's voice print would be clearly distinguishable, same as your finger prints.
