Then what, pray tell, is NAR measuring? NAR stats come from the state associations, which in turn get them from the local associations, which compile them from the local multiple listing systems.

I don't know about where you live, but whenever I entered a sales price in my MLS after selling a home, it was a true price, in a true market. Man, the sales price even had a true and accurate house address attached to it! <gg>
