Most probably the quantity is being "sheltered"..... but then, what does a "little bit" of sarin matter anyhow... a "little dab will do you in" evidently....And it was an old, icky shell anyhow...just lying there in the street, ready to be made into a bomb for the roadside...You know, one of the ones that Blix, Kay, Ritter, et al didn't find.
