SHLO Is up 15% and volume now over 222K

It announced its 2ndQ results. Sales were up 12% and earnings 325% (0.51 vs. 0.12)

The earnings estimates for 2004 are around $0.94/share vs. $0.35/share in 2003 (that would be up 169%)with a PE around 13.<g>

The 2ndQ earnings were a new record for SHLO,exceeding the $0.45/share in the 2ndQ of 1998.

The stock is pretty well leveraged. It has around 209K in cash (0.01/share) and a total debt of 157M with a CR around 0.95. The BV is around 7.223 There are around 15.6M shares out, the insiders hold around 74% and institutions around 20% leaving the float around 4M shares.THe average daily volume is 40K to 90K.

The stock is now trading above its January H of 11.79 and the next resistance seems now to be its August 1999 H around 13.50
