We all honor our combat heros. Except the rightwing seems to have no qualms about calling heros Kerry, McCain, Cleland and others "traitors". This nonsense has to stop. We should all be respectful of our war heros even if their political opinions differ.

As for rightwing complaints that there is not enough "good news" reported, well it's pretty hard to put lipstick on a pig and make it pretty. Also, the rightwing has a poor record of accuracy in terms of the stories they push, like Jennifer Lynch, our pal Chalabi, the beheading of Berg, Mission Acomplished, jet fighter hero GW Bush and even the tragic Tillman story. In fact, one has to take any story the rightwing pushes with a big grain of salt these days. They really are the boys who cried wolf too many times.
