OPEC is pumping for all they are worth. This is a rare opportunity for them to raise real money. The real problem with Saturday's attack is that the ability to grow production will be severly hindered.

To the extent oil is priced in $ rising currencies get lower cost oil. To the extent these countries suffer economically their demand is negatively impacted. Trust me from my daily experience - the current Euro is killing European manufacturing.
