I am quite sure the US military is doing all it can to minimize the risks........ Oh, come on, JLA, this is government you're talking about. By their very nature, bureaucracies never do all they can to do anything. No doubt they are well intentioned, if that's what you mean. Not that long ago, WWI, generals thought that anything less than 10% friendly fire casualties meant that the war wasn't being prosecuted aggressively enough.
