Kerry didn't "volunteer," his number was up so he picked the Swift boats. I doubt very much you'd tell the National Guards in Iraq that they're "shirkers," except maybe if they are Republicans? ;^)

Al Gore volunteered. John Kerry did You have starnge heroes. I have never seen any evidence that Gore volunteered for combat duty. I have seen evidence that he was sent to Vietnam on short notice, applied to divinity school at Vanderbilt shortly after arriving and left after 5 months to attend a school he did not complete. Unlike Gore, Kerry did request combat duty, but after three months requested to be relieved because of three slight wounds. And he was relieved after 4 months total. Kerry is the only US Naval Officer I know of to ever abandon his men and his ship in combat because he was slightly wounded.

Wait for the end as the gunmen retreat, hopping into a UN ambulance as it backs up... And apparently no one in the news media has asked to show that footage.. Whassup with that Sarmad???!!! Do you think the Israelis now have more than sufficient cause to attack every UN ambulance in the area? Hawk
