I say 90% of those soldiers, and Marines in harm's way want to just come home.
I would doubt a retort from any real man or woman who is/was there.

There are always a few unenlightened in every group. They probably come from blindly partisan families. Many people are not really interested in the nuts & bolts of politics and merely vote for the same party their parents supported.

I heard military freshly returned from Iraq last wkend who said they support the Bush Adm Iraq policy and were proud to do their part.
