Do you have any deleted or inactive user accounts that have folders that could take up space if you back up "Everyone's documents and settings"?

Maybe there are settings that apply to everyone that aren't included in each persons "documents and settings". But I doubt that settings would take up that much space.

Looking at support.microsoft.com

It says -

# My documents and settings - Choosing this option will mean that all the data stored within your user profile is backed up including Favorites, desktop settings and cookies.

# Everyone's documents and settings - This will back up all users’ profiles, in other words the entire contents of the Documents and Settings folder.

Look for files and folders that are in the documents and settings folder that are not in the specific documents and settings folder for each of the three users.
