<chuckle> All of your points are most likely valid.... and furthermore all could happen... but are all the players lucky enough to pull it off...? Then there's another dice roll or coin flip (not suggesting I believe in this outcome).... A worst case scenario.... the squeeze is on from "the-HaveNots" of the world, nothing gets pumped out of UIraq except civil war.... the oil-grab escalates into a lock-down drag out fight for the remaining proven fields, with China winning. This administaration goes down as the worst since Woodrow Wilson. Hydrogen saves the world in the knick of time by 2020.
