No doubt some buyers do drive bad bargains for themselves. But I was referring to sellers who can't figure out when they're overpricing their homes and have no clue why they can't sell. When the buyers are staying away from a property in droves, the market is speaking rather loudly about valuation.

Even a dump can sell if priced correctly for the market.
