"Does the Republican Governor of California epitomize Republican values on morality?" Kind of a silly question in that it has an incorrect premise that all republicans have the same views on morality. If you would like my personal opinion on the individual that governs CA I will give it. Seems like a pretty cool guy. I would also say that he is more liberal than a Bill Frist or Newt Gengrich. A good compromise for our incredibly corrupt and liberal state, and a giant step up from Gray. I am a republican, btw.
