Digging a little further, this "David Gillespie" is even more of a twit than one may originally fathom. It's not a recent case, it's been dragging on since 1998 and the club even offered him a refund: (excerpts): _____ nj.com "The trouble at Coastline -- a sprawling restaurant that seats 450 and attracts large weekend crowds -- began in 1998, when a patron, David Gillespie, complained about having to pay a $5 cover charge on a Wednesday night, which was Ladies Night.
