Can anyone help me. I have an Epson Stylus color 600 printer and the black ink head must be plugged. I tried cleaning many many times and it does not print black. Any suggestions would be helpful. New ink cart. in black and color.

Thanks. It is nice that there are knowledgeable caring people on this thread willing to help others less fortunate. I was able to go to the portfolio in AOL and download and import to update the portfolio in Quicken. You sure made it easy
