More than 80% of Air Force pilot training time is spent on precision bombing to avoid civilian casualties. Many pilots feel the AF has gone too pc.

I am sorry, but your statement is so vague as to be noncomprehensible. What issue? That the military is doing everything it can to prevent friendly fire? I disagree, the military hasn't even figured out how to communicate between services.

If you mean that human error is inevitable, no arguments there.

But technology still has a long way to go.
