as far as i can tell, the only isis compound being tested as a combo is affinitak and that is a lilly clinical test and isis has said publicly they do not have high hopes for that test and that it is lilly's project... as far as i can tell alicaforsen and the others are not except maybe a hep drug which is in combo with hiv drugs. i'm trying to get a handle on this but my sense is that they believe the second generation drugs are more specific, easier to dose and more effective. can you be more specific. i'd like to check this out...
