Clinton was warned in 1993 during the first WTC attack and 7 years later nothing. In fact Clinton is responsible for the first WTC attack in 1993. It was on his watch.

Actually Kerry's inaction on the Logan airport information given to him prior to 9-11 indicates that the reaction would have been the same.
