prices are not going up here. Good for you if they are going up in your area. I know of dozens of people interested in selling houses here at 2000 prices, 1.2mm and up. Let me know if you have any buyers.

Real estate people are more desperate than even stock investors to convince themselves of something that isn't. That fed statistic said it loud and clear, San Jose is the bottom 2% of housing appreciation in the country.
