Bushie energy companies over-gouged California for about 20 billion in 2000-2001 while Bush-Cheney cooperated, then looked the other way. Don't blame the mugee blame the muggers. Ed Gilespie was in charge of covering all this up, paid for by Enron. All a crooked bunch of energy bandits. Dont even try to defend them.
