Huh? They were ambushed. Tillman and his unit were executing a standard immediate action maneuver. Sorry, I was still tracking with the story I believe CD put out there that it was two US patrols intersecting by mistake. It makes considerable sense how this occurred if it was an Afghan militia unit firing AK-47s.. I would also make the assumption that they were the enemy.. Hard to tell the difference.. Thanks for clearing that up.. But can you provide documentation? I haven't seen much in the way of actual facts regarding who was, or wasn't, involved in that firefight. Hawk
