Bsically a paradigm shift as to "who the owners are".

Excessively large ego's(management) refused to accept the change of power and are definitely slowing the change as we speak.

The subtlties and huge power of institutional ownership is slowly and now,not so quietly becoming a catalyst of overdue and welcomed change.

The transition is a good thing with growing power and momentum.
