I'll try to keep this simple. You have a chronology problem. I'm not sure you understand that. If OBL did escape from Tora Bora, he did so in Nov (perhaps early Dec.) 2001. You're posting about a shift of SF's in 2002 - after OBL escaped and AQ forces had dispersed.

Remember - the subject is the (alleged) escape of OBL from Tora Bora:
