bcb,
Of the 2 candidates presented, GW Bush will better handle all those issues than John Kerry. The latter's main concern as Pres will be to "apologize" to his foreign leader friends and beg their forgiveness for failing to listen to their great wisdom on Iraq.

As far as the economy, Mrs Kerry's primary focus will be the environment and although I agree that precautions are necessary in order to keep the planet human-life friendly, she would probably cause more economic distress with many new unrealistic environmental laws.

Liberals tend to set goals of perfection rather than realism. The only liberal Pres since JFK's term, who had a healthy economy, was Bill Clinton and that occurred because he adopted conservative economic policies.
IMO, Kerry would be more of a Jimmy Carter type Pres.
That would spell disaster for the economy as it did for Carter.
