<Please explain the "real rules" that were not followed.> I just posted one of the rules, it was the rule which states that an absentee ballot must be postmarked bu a certain date. Many ballots were counted which didn't confirm to this rule. Another rule which was not followed is the rule which says a person has a right to vote. Harris came up with a long list of people whom she said were not eligible to vote. As it turned out this was not true and many if not most of them on the list were really eligible.
