Hmmm. You already knew Nadine was against you. She won't change. You won't soften her heart, especially not with your arguments.

Did you know you had a chance to persuade me? But I am tired of waiting for you to respond, so I give up.

Window of opportunity is closed now. You've passed up an opportunity to make a difference with someone who could have helped, just to match swords with your ancient enemy.

No matter what evidence I produce, you'll find an excuse for the killing. According to you, if an Israeli tank fires its heavy machine gun into a crowd, killing 10 people, that is OK,

No.. that's NOT okay.. However, the entire story is not yet out, from what I can see.

But Nadine has a real point here.. There is no truly objective news coverage being conducted in Palestinian territory. There are common accusations of "staged" photo ops and censorship of any negative coverage.

For instance, there has been NO MEDIA COVERAGE of the incident related to Palestinian use of that UN ambulance.

Nor has there been much coverage of how Palestinian men use stone-throwing children as cover for their sniper operations.

What you need to consider Sarmad, is what level of retaliation will Israel be authorized to use once they leave Gaza, should they suffer continued attacks against their state.

The Palestinians had better recognize that once the Israeli settlers have departed, they will no longer be an occupied power. And should they attack Israel after that, from that territory, Israel will have every right of self-defense.

"peaceful demonstrators" was the Palestinian story. The Israelis reported that many armed gunmen were in the crowd, and that in fact the two children who were killed were killed in a Palestinian crossfire. But as usual, the version accepted at the UN was the Palestinian version. As if they had a strict record of veracity.

Nonetheless, the Israelis apologized for firing that tank shell.

Did you ever hear Hamas apologize for blowing up a pizzeria?
