Look, he has a year left in office, he knows that either an Israeli plan gains momentum, or some other plan will be cooked up that is worse for Israel, the Israeli center is behind this plan and only he can ram it through, precisely because he himself was the father of these settlements. Plus, only he has a fifty year history of being "Mr. Security".

If Bibi gets in, do you think he will do it? No chance, unless it is already the political course of least resistance.
