FH, Last time I looked, the unemployment lines were pretty long. I think Maytag just wanted to get the repairmen out and socializing a bit. <G>

According to Consumers Union, the Maytag appliances are generally below average in repair history, a far cry from their lonely image. Will be harder to take it into a service center that's 10000 miles away.
