Not really, Ann. The dow has been essentially flat for 2 years. The "recovery" started in 01. Every other recovery resulted in a market pop. Not this one.

I think Bush supporters are lowering their standards to try to make excuses for his poor performance. He spent all the money and now our dollar is so low we can't attract *any* foreign investment. We have inflation and no wage growth = stagflation. Bush inherited a giant surplus and is the biggest federal spender ever. Just abysmal.
