Agreed. Not to denigrate the damage they could do, either, but from what I can tell they are capable of demolishing a city block, which is not inconsequential but is not catastrophic, either. Of course, the damage to a strategic facility could be significant, but I expect such facilities are somehow protected. The fallout would also be a problem, but not one that we could not deal with. I suspect that the real damage would be psychic and emotional issues inherent in having this kind of weapon used on humans for the first time since 1945. I'd hate to see that door opened.
