Looks like a pretty good plan. Also, the decline off the March top looks like a five-waver, which increases the odds that the H&S may work out. If the stock is starting the C of a bounce, it is likely to test the 50 area, which is the upper part of Wave 4 (on the way down), as well as the level of the left shoulder.

Actually, I see that another leg up of a bounce would be 62% of the first one (from 5/20) just a little bit above 50.
