Hire better lawyers next time. That may sound facetious, but similar cases in other states had opposite outcomes (Illinois, for example). One could either conclude that New Jersey is more stupid than Illinois (which I don't believe is the case), or that the Def.'s lawyers in Illinois simply argued their case more effectively. I'd rather not have to use lawyers at all, but genetically engineering stupidity out of the population isn't feasible (yet).

I'm thinking of the regulatory, judicial, or political process for implementing the decision or the process for overruling bad decisions more then I am thinking about the process you would use to make your own decision. Once you reach your decision how are you going to make it happen?"
