and why?

because the politicians in office now would never vote that in - they would lose the ability to slip this in and that in, to grease palms for so and so and the favor for that special interest group

and that is my whole point - we need fresh, clean people without baggage, without agenda, without being blogged down political ties - people to represent us first and fairly
