you know after I wrote that I realized I am trying to get true knowledge out of the lesser of 2 fools- the fed RE numbers or NAR RE numbers.

With NAR, you have every market "en fuego" at every possible moment in time. With the fed any negativity is localized to a specific region (implying the overall US economy is booming, like usual).

I'm waiting for double digit GDP from the fed for the US economy in the next few years.
