Right, the case was argued (with lawyers) before a state agency director instead of a court judge. That probably creates an appelate problem (no higher court?). Not sure why they did that; I have no idea how NJ law operates. They'll probably have to take it to the people for a referendum.

Can't wait to see that as a ballot initiative — let's see, we have taxes, schools, elected officials, muni bonds, roads, other important legal stuff and ... oh yes, "Should we or should we not, the People of the State of New Jersey, by official elective sanction as provided by the Constitution of our Commonwealth — let chix into bars for free?"
