Gold seems OK to me.
Silver is more problematic IMO.
Small specs hold more long contracts than big specs.
Yuch.
Perhaps Russ has a comment on this.

ild, key thing about COTS

The key was that the commercials dramatically sold off the long positions they had accumulated on the push back to $400...suggests to me little future above that price...at least soon, unless the dollar takes a dump below 88 and stays there in a prolonged oversold condition...low odds.

In Crude the commercials are near flat and the little guys were pretty well net short as of Tuesday....scoring big on the decline....
