What's fascinating is that Soros didn't flip-flip. There was no conflict between his two statements. The RNC tells Steve it was a flip-flop, and that's good enough for him.

On the other hand, Bush can say "no nation building" during his campaign and then begin planning the invasion of Iraq immediately after he takes office, but that doesn't register as a flip-flop in Steve's mind. LOL!
