I think you've fixated on something that will not
be dispositive of anything.

That AWOL charge was a tactical mistake by the
Democrats imo, for reasons I've already noted.

If Kerry wants to "look Presidential", he should start by
eschewing vulgarities when talking to the press, flipping
the bird in public at people he considers scum,
and blaming a Secret Service agent for causing him to
fall off a snowboard.

And that's just for starters.
