wow I had no idea that austin was that weak. They must have been hit hard with the tech downturn but I was thinking the oil turnaround might save the local economy... I guess not.

Yeah, Austin is very weak due to all the out-sourcing. There is definitely no housing bubble in Texas.

Something cheap doesn't mean it's a good buy. Penny stocks are the best examples.
