Ok Brumar I don't know a whole lot about what you call the wall but I will try and learn. Can you tell me what Gore did to change the way our intelligence agencies do their business? The way I understand it is that all she did was clarify a previously existing regulation and there was nothing the agencies could not do after she did this that they could do before she did it. This explanation of course is slanted to the left and I know the right says she actually changed a regulation by what she did. Is it possible for her to change a regulation by writing a memo?
