Reference: Re: A picture is worth a thousand words. Agree...no volume is additional confirmation that this rally is nothing more than a bounce. Ewave is based on mass psychology. The ADX components are a green buyers line and a red sellers line. One can use this as well as the black summation line to correlate buyer and seller psychology with ewave. That's the answer in a nutshell. I go a lot more in detail in how my theory works and the application on my site as well as what structures validate what ewave patterns. Too much to post here in one messege. One of these days I'll get around to writing something up for submission to a trade magazine. I can also tell you that this is no new bull market and there's not a thing out there to convince me otherwise based on my ADX theory. Everything since 2000 is one gigantic bear pattern. What I don't know of yet is how big it will eventually be and where exactly it will complete, but for the time being, we ought to stay between DOW 6000 and 12,000 for a LONG time.
