Al, and you should have seen his meeting with the Pope. The Pope was going on and on about how bad the war in Iraq is while Mr. Bush looks vacantly into space, totally oblivious.

Presidents meet with any number of prominent people. The Pope would certainly qualify. Also he is technically a head of state even if the state is smaller then the mall in DC and has a population of about 1000.
