Seems to me that since the tax break did not lower capital gains rates or dividend rates or interest income rates that it didn't help the rich at all. The cornerstone to the whole thing was a $500 per child tax break. Last time I checked the rich had fewer kids than anybody else. Unless you have specifics of how the law really helped the super rich, I have to assume that you are hoping that people just assume you are correct based on Repulicans of the 1890s.
