I don't know a lot about the Koran, but I heard a lecture by a professor of Islamic religion, who says the Koran cites freedom of religion.

It seems that the context of the chapter is to fight those that are your declared enemies. And it also appears to be historical in context.

Again context must be understood before meaning can be derived. Are you a scholar of the Koran? What are your credentials?
