Simply my opinion, undoubtedly biased by my predilections. I agree with that. Seriously. Bush, who will be seen as trying to fulfill the Reagan legacy, though perhaps not as well as Reagan himself would have done I wrote about "some people." For other people the remembrance would likely inspire just the feelings you describe. Some will see a glass half empty, others a glass half full depending on what resonates. I leave it to the partisans to add Kerry to the mix and triangulate.
