AS, the biggest problem I have with Bush is that the WH is leaderless. There is no "The Buck stops here". They make sure that the Buck does not reach his desk and he does not care to go looking for it either. To me, the President has to primarily have the trait of a leader. Flip-flop indicates flexibility . But leadership skills is the key. If Bush was a true leader then:

How does he not know who leaked the name of the CIA agent in his own WH, from his own office. he says he does not know but then what he to fear, why does he have to go get a lawyer? If Clinton did not have sex with Monica then why did he get a lawyer. Similarly, if Bush does not know who leaked the name or better still if he himself did not have a hand in the leak then why is he getting a lawyer.

Regarding Abu Ghraib, why is it that Bush had to learn about the atrocities from "60 Minutes" and not from his own chain of command. Does a chain of command exist or is there a failure?

And then I can go on with the intel failures, Chalabi scandal. Halliburton scandal etc.

I thin kit is time we do not waste our time any more with Bush. The temporary job spurt we see is something very fishy. I do not believe the WH any more, Medicare scandal, etc. etc. People are still hurting with regards to jobs. Off course if you start counting the McDonald/Burger King jobs, you will see a spurt in job growth.
