Reagan was attacked daily by the libs, when Reagan went over seas the lib/socialists attacked him over his defense build up. The American press said see the world hates Reagan, same craap as today. They said Reagan wanted to feed old people dog food, starve the little children and pollute the planet killing everyone.

Quit lying. If Reagan were in office today he wouldn't remember who he is. But seriously, if a younger Reagan were in office he wouldn't have blundered the lied the way GW Bush has, and he would accept responsibility for his errors and failures. reagan was by no means perfect but he was head and shoulders above Bush as a leader and human being.

So Ann, you are as confused as ever. Was your post meant to be one for Reagan or one for Bush. It cannot be for both since Bush is nowhere even near like Reagan. Even Reagan's son takes an insult (he did so on TV) when he was asked about Bush trying to compare himself and be like Reagan. Besides Reagan was a conservative and not some phony, convoluted thing called "compassionate conservative." When Bush calls himself a "compassionate conservative, it is a direct insult to Reagan since it insuates that Reagan was a conservative all right but not a compassionate one. Do you see Bush's stupidity again? So what is your post all about.
