You admit Kerry voted FOR every weapons system currently in use and therefore you and the Bush TV ads lied? Look it up, Kerry voted FOR every weapons system except the useless MX Missile back in the 80's. Republicans also voted FOR the defense and intel cutbacks based on balancing the budget and the post Cold War transformation. Bush Sr. closed more military bases than any president in history. Cheney supported that as well as cutbacks in the CIA's budget since the Soviets had fallen. Admit you lied then apologize.
