ignoring your back to front mistake

Thanks, Mq. My clutch slips at times.

You make an interesting point about young people inclined to suicide. One of the factors the predators who convince the Pal youngsters to go blow themselves up is a weakness, i.e., a bad family situation, emotional problems, bad family finances, etc. In other words, the kinds of things that might otherwise drive a normal kid to contemplate suicide but not necessarily act on the thought. These sharks find these troubled kids, then give them the full treatment, ultimately convincing them to go shaheed.

By the way, like sexual predators who prey on children, these monsters are quite good at getting the kids to not say anything to the parents, a point which raises an interesting dichotomy, namely, if the parents would never let their children do such a barbarity if they knew of it ahead of time, why are they so pleased afterwards?

Give these kids a year in Hobbitland, in the US Rockies, or any other place where they can simply be kids, and I will bet you that any thoughts of suicide for the sake of Islam will seem insane to them.

And therein lies the rub. A cultural sea change has to take place.

Won't happen in our lifetime.
