Only one President defeated the Soviet Union and eliminated their block of east European allies. That was Reagan.

You might want to check FDR's figures on war deficits Kenny.

He agreed to cut taxes with the promise that the
democratically controlled Congress would also cut
spending .. which they didn't .. added a lot to
the size of the so called Reagan deficits ..
